As a CrossFit Level 2 Coach and PN-L1 Nutrition Coach, I have dedicated my career to empowering individuals on their health and fitness journeys. Since 2001, I have worked with over 500 clients, helping them build confidence in their bodies, develop sustainable habits, and achieve their ideal balance of nutrition and fitness.  

 

My passion lies in educating and inspiring people to improve their health—not through quick fixes, but through a sustainable, science-backed approach. I understand firsthand the frustration of trying different diets and workout programs, never quite knowing if they will work. Contrary to common misconceptions, not all coaches have naturally effortless physiques or an aversion to indulgent foods. Like many of my clients, I love food, and it took me years to discover the right balance between maintaining a weight that feels good, enjoying the foods I love, and feeling in control of my nutrition.  

 

Through my coaching, I strive to guide others toward that same sense of empowerment—where fitness and nutrition become tools for a happier, healthier life, rather than a source of stress or restriction.
